Weight Loss Recipe Spring Break Party Juice
Ingredients:
- 1 ruby red grapefruit
- 1 lime
- 4 celery sticks
- 6 – 8 kale leaves (Tuscan cabbage)
- 2 handfuls of cilantro (coriander)
Instructions:
- Wash all ingredients well.
- Peel the grapefruit and lime for a less bitter flavor.
- Juice all produce.
- Pour over ice with a splash of tequila (optional) and enjoy!
