Garden Cocktail (makes 11⁄2 cups)
1 cup diced tomato
1/2 cup spinach
1/4 cup diced carrots
1/4 cup red pepper
1 tbsp onion
1/4 cup parsley
Pinch cayenne pepper
1 cup ice cubes
