Healthy Juice Recipe Morning burst

Ingredients:

  • You’ll need a juice extractor.


Ingredients

  • 3 cups cranberry juice, chilled

  • 2 large carrots, chopped

  • 2 large oranges, peeled, halved

  • 2cm piece fresh ginger, peeled


Instructions:

  1. Divide cranberry juice between chilled glasses.

  2. Place a large jug under juice extractor nozzle. Juice carrot, orange and ginger. Stir to combine.

  3. Gently pour one-quarter carrot juice mixture, over the back of a spoon, over cranberry juice in 1 glass to create layers. Repeat with remaining carrot juice mixture. Serve.
