Weight Loss Recipe GREEN SHAKE FOR ENERGY AND HORMONE BALANCE

Ingredients:

  • 3 cups spinach
  • 1 cup frozen blueberries (or raspberries, blackberries, mangoes, papaya, etc.)
  • 1 tablespoon flax oil
  • 1 tablespoon maca powder (optional but so energizing and delicious, we definitely recommend it!)
  • 1 tablespoon spirulina AND/OR 1 scoop Clean Greens
  • 1 cup almond milk
  • a few drops of stevia to taste (for desired sweetness, although you may not need it with the berries)


Instructions:

  1. Blend until creamy and enjoy!
