Weight Loss Recipe PUMPKIN SPICED SMOOTHIE
Ingredients:
- 1/4 cup, plus 2 tsp, unsweetened pumpkin puree
- 1/2 frozen banana
- 1/4 cup greek yogurt
- 1 tsp chia seeds
- 1 tsp cinnamon
- 1 tsp nutmeg
- Pinch of allspice
- Pinch of cloves, if desired
- 4-6 ice cubes
- 1/2 to 1 cup water to thin, as needed
Instructions:
- Blend to desired consistency, starting on a lower speed and gradually increasing. Use water to thin if needed. Sprinkle additional cinnamon on top as desired and enjoy!
