Weight Loss Recipe Spring Break Party Juice

Ingredients:

  • 1 ruby red grapefruit

  • 1 lime

  • 4 celery sticks

  • 6 – 8 kale leaves (Tuscan cabbage)

  • 2 handfuls of cilantro (coriander)


Instructions:

  1. Wash all ingredients well.

  2. Peel the grapefruit and lime for a less bitter flavor.

  3. Juice all produce.

  4. Pour over ice with a splash of tequila (optional) and enjoy!
