Weight Loss Recipe Sweet Potato-Pear-Cinnamon Juice

Ingredients:

  • 2 medium sweet potatoes, peeled

  • 1 pear, peeled and cored

  • 1/4 teaspoon ground cinnamon

  • 1 tablespoon chia seeds, optional


Instructions:

  1. Juice the sweet potatoes, then the pear, following your juicer's specific settings for each. Stir in the cinnamon. Stir in the chia seeds if using and let soak for 5 minutes. Serve the juice immediately over ice, if desired.
