Healthy Juice Recipe Homemade lemonade

Ingredients:

  • 3/4 cup lemon juice

  • 1/4 cup orange juice

  • 1 cup caster sugar

  • 2 x 750ml bottles chilled sparkling mineral water

  • Ice cubes and lemon slices, to serve


Instructions:

  1. Place lemon juice, orange juice and sugar in a saucepan over medium heat. Cook, stirring, without boiling, for 10 minutes or until sugar has dissolved. Cool for 10 minutes. Transfer to a jug. Cover. Refrigerate overnight.

  2. Add mineral water and ice to juice mixture just before serving.
