Healthy Juice Recipe Rosewater lemonade

Healthy Juice Recipe Rosewater lemonade

Ingredients:

  • 1 1/2 cups caster sugar

  • 2 cups boiling water

  • 2 cups lemon juice, strained

  • 3 teaspoons rosewater essence

  • Fresh mint leaves and ice cubes, to serve


Instructions:

  1. Place sugar in a large heatproof jug. Add boiling water. Stir until sugar dissolves. Refrigerate for 1 hour or until cold.

  2. Stir in lemon juice and rosewater. Add 5 to 6 cups cold water (adjusting the amount to your taste). Refrigerate for 15 minutes or until cold.

  3. Add mint leaves and ice cubes to lemonade. Serve.
