Weight Loss Recipe Homemade orange and mango juice

Ingredients:


  • 4 oranges, chilled
  • 1 mango, chilled


Instructions:


  1. Juice 4 chilled oranges and pour into the jug of a blender. Add the flesh of 1 chilled mango and blend until pureed. Add a little water if needed, to thin. Transfer to a jug and cover with plastic wrap. Keep in the fridge for up to 2 days.
