Weight Loss Recipe BANANA ALMOND STOMACH-SOOTHING SMOOTHIE

Ingredients:


  • 1-2 large ripe bananas, depending on size
  • 5-7 chamomile tea ice cubes
  • 1 cup frozen peaches
  • 1/4 cup milk of your choice (soy, almond, etc. – opt for a non-dairy option to help maximize the soothing nature of the smoothie.)
  • 1 tsp agave syrup, plus more to taste if needed


Instructions:


  1. Blend all ingredients until smooth, less 1/2 banana and 3-4 tea ice cubes. Incorporate remaining ingredients and pulse again until desired consistency is reached. Enjoy!
