Weight Loss Recipe PUMPKIN SPICED SMOOTHIE

Ingredients:


  • 1/4 cup, plus 2 tsp, unsweetened pumpkin puree
  • 1/2 frozen banana
  • 1/4 cup greek yogurt
  • 1 tsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp cinnamon
  • 1 tsp nutmeg
  • Pinch of allspice
  • Pinch of cloves, if desired
  • 4-6 ice cubes
  • 1/2 to 1 cup water to thin, as needed


Instructions:


  1. Blend to desired consistency, starting on a lower speed and gradually increasing. Use water to thin if needed. Sprinkle additional cinnamon on top as desired and enjoy!
